Book an experienced mobile bartender who comes to your venue, mixes cocktails and mocktails, looks after your guests and leaves the bar tidy. ISK 8,990 per hour per bartender, VAT included.
What a bartender does at your event
Every bartender has at least two years of bar experience, and most have run a bar as head bartender.
The bartender

- Keeps the bar clean and clears it when the shift ends
- Plans the menu and how much you need with you in advance

We don’t rent out bar counters or a mobile bar. A kitchen table, sideboard or trestle table works fine.
Bartender prices
ISK 8,990 per hour per bartender, VAT included. The minimum booking is two hours, which comes to ISK 17,980 for one bartender. If the party runs over, each started half hour is added.
Setting up before the event is possible by arrangement and billed at the hourly rate. Plan for one bartender per 35 guests, and add one if many guests arrive at once. There is a full price table on the Icelandic price page.

Cocktail bartenders in Iceland for weddings and parties
Our bartenders work weddings, company parties, receptions, birthdays and home parties. The menu is yours: we go through it with you beforehand, and at least one alcohol-free cocktail on it is a good idea.
Bartenders serve responsibly and may decline to serve guests who are drunk or under 20.
A mobile bartender: what that means here
We cover the whole capital area, which means Reykjavík, Kópavogur, Hafnarfjörður, Garðabær, Mosfellsbær and Seltjarnarnes. Further away? Get in touch.
You set up a table and we bring the person and the tools. Glasses cost from ISK 190 each per day and go back unwashed. A chilled beer tap with a built-in air pump costs ISK 14,990 per day, fits kegs with S or A couplers, and you supply the keg. Delivery and collection in the capital area are free on equipment orders over ISK 10,000.

Questions about hiring a bartender
How many bartenders do I need?
Plan for one bartender per 35 guests. If many guests arrive at once, for example for a welcome drink, add one more for the start.
Do you supply the alcohol?
No. Drinks, ice and water come from you. We help you plan the menu and quantities before the event.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, two hours. One bartender for two hours costs ISK 17,980 including VAT.
Can the bartender make alcohol-free cocktails?
Yes, and they take them as seriously as any other drink on the menu.
What if the bartender can’t make it?
We send a replacement bartender. If we can’t, you get a full refund.
